Infrared Heat Emitter Reptile heat light
An Australian first set to revolutionise reptile keeping across the industry. This new technology comes with many benefits compared to conventional Heat lights.

1. Energy Efficient: Produce the same level of heat as standard ceramic emitters by using almost half the amount of the energy. Lights are set to reduce your power bill by half and help reduce your carbon footprint.
2. BENEFICIAL INFRARED WAVELENGTH: Produce beneficial infrared A and B to boost reptiles' daily activities.
3. NO VISIBLE LIGHT: No visible light is produced. So that it can be used as a day and night heating source.
The Installation of the Infrared Heat Emitter

E27 Socket, easy to be used with any enclosures

Thermo protection cover comes with the package

Safe net cover to prevent burning

Infrared A and B

Produce the most natural and effective wavelengths of Infrared A and B.

Replicate the heat from the sun using carbon fibre technology.

Provides heat deep into the muscle tissue.

No Visible Light

Provides essential heat deep into the body without producing any visible light. In this way, it will not disturb the night-time cycles for the reptiles. Makes it a great way to use as a night heat source in your enclosure.

Safety Feature

The Smart Herp Infrared Heat Globe has two main safety features to protect you and your reptile from burns and blisters!
The built-in mesh cover provides a divider between the external shell of the globe and the heating unit itself, reducing the likelihood of both animals and people being burnt if accidentally touched. This mesh cover is made with heat-resistant materials to ensure the highest level of safety.
Our globes also come with a thermal resistance cover which prevents direct contact with the sides of the globe where the heat is produced. These covers are essential to ensure the safety of your scaly friend and come in a variety of different colours to suit every keeper and cage.

Temperature

Uses far less power than standard ceramic heat light. The 50W Infrared heat emitter can outperform a 100W ceramic heat lamp.

Equipping a thick internal reflector, which means much less heat is wasted. And it's quicker to heat up, reaching and maintaining the target temperature.
